I start by glancing at the opening fixture hoping we'll be at home - like to start at home and the closing fixtures; always thinking who we need to beat to win promotion or avoid relegation before moving to the Boxing Day fixture. Always like to be at home at Xmas. Then, I get into the detail.

Anybody else?

1st Game, 1st away game, Christmas, Easter, Last game, and then all the grounds my little un's haven't been to.

Fleetwood away for me...... PLEASE be a summers weekend.

Also, all the home games, my first year as a ST holder so will be stupidly excited this time tomorrow morning.

Most interested in the last home game especially in a season when we are going for promotion. That last game at home can be very important if the race is down to the wire and you need those three points. Then I look to see how many Saturday home games compared to the pigs.

Sky like showing promoted clubs against 'Big Names' in the opening games (not saying they have any control over fixtures ;)) and we have had our fair share of live opening fixtures in recent years.

Fleetwood away opening day ?

Chesterfield at home on final day should be good. Beachball's at the ready !

Last match of the season was the one fixture I was most interested in. Delighted that we're at home, and should be a good atmosphere against Chesterfield. This will probably be the Scandinavian Blades' official group trip next season, and one of the reasons is that there is no chance at all that the game will be moved.

Right?

Think they have moved the entire day's fixtures to the Sunday before but it will definitely be on that weekend.

Just four mid-week games (Tuesday at the moment).

Colchester & Peterborough, home and away.

An interesting way of allocating mid-week games.

Yeovil twice as well and also Walsall away as the only other midweeker.
