Barring burnout or injury, it's hard to see us lining up without Stevens, Egan, O'Connell, Henderson and probably Baldock.

Bash, Fleck, Lundstram and Norwood are probably in the next tier, always likely to play but could see themselves on the bench in certain games. It's a great sign that we have so many settled starters, I think.

It could be any from about six or seven players; Henderson, Baldock, Stevens, O'Connell, Egan, Basham and maybe even Norwood, Fleck and Lunny. I went for Egan as to me he's the lynchpin of the superb defence we've got at the moment and I note that is the most popular choice at the moment with 29% of the vote.

No it wasn't. Great question. Stirs sensible debate and makes those of us with less tactical knowledge think deeply about influential players whose roles are vital. My stupid reply was Egan for the calm assurance he engenders.
How about adding something positive occasionally,just for balance like.
