We moved away from having an attacking midfielder before last season. Who should we bench from the midfield three to add Buendia? Would the attacking output be worth it, when you consider the reason we had to abandon the 10?

If we were gonna be realistic we don’t actually need anyone, we just need to adjust the formation and way we play.

Throwing a new ST up top is gonna achieve fuck all when midfield provide nothing. We need to start playing with 2CMs and a CAM, leave Norwood and Berge behind and play Fleck there, I think he’d be quality in that role. Then play 2 up top and surely we’d be creating a hell of a lot more chances. Also STOP the forwards coming to pick the ball up, they need to stay in position not float about on the wings and on half way line. McBurnie’s forever on the wing when he should be in the bastard box. CW needs to wise up.

We’ve lost 4 PL fixtures on the bounce and scored 1 goal. I’d say, YES, he needs to wise up because we’re relegation fodder as it stands.
