Just wondering if anyone knows if this is an official affiliate, and does it help us out financially or even help us with young players etc.

If not what's the point? :)

Didnt you get the email ?

Do we have any official link up; financially or other wise with any of those 'partner' clubs we had some time ago?

We may have links but unsure there is any financial or SUFC official involvement with any of the following (we did or McCave group had significant control of Chengdu and Ferencvaros

Central Coast (Australia) - Monty is skipper but not sure we have any legitimate links?
Chengdu (China) - does this club even exist anymore? Thought they had been declared bankrupt and folded last year
Ferencvaros (Hungary) - play at a brand new spanking stadium in Budapest and back in top flight but didn't McCabe's group sell their controlling interest?
White Star (Belgium) - small club who we had some links with but not sure we have seen any player exchange?

Who was that club in India was it we had links with too or was that just some coaching set up (Tata Academy)?

Be nice if question was put to McCabe/Phipps - as I think we have nothing to do with any of them in official terms.

The club was officially dissolved on January 4, 2015 and was subsequently de-registered by the Chinese Football Association on January 31, 2015 due to unpaid salaries to players and staff.

In 2011, McCabe relinquished his ownership of Ferencvaros TC after describing a "strained relationship" with some minority shareholders. https://www.newstalk.ie/Euro-Footy-Focus:-Can-Hungarys-most-famous-club-lead-a-Budapest-revival

I would like to see some of their Ultra Culture brought to Bramall Lane.
