[Boxer Blade]

Standing on the kop last Sunday waiting for the presentation is not normally something I would do but because of the season we have had I, like just about everyone else wanted to witness it, conversations were about never seen us really win anything will we ever again etc. When EEL did his brilliant walk we said that is something that will be remembered in years to come, we talked about other things that have happened this season that in 10/20 years will get remembered, and no doubt exagerated, so what are the most memorable for you? MKD away, Bramall Lane on the last day, EELs walk, billy's goals, the football, Wilder, so so many but for me, I think will be the crowds and seeing my team become United again, UTFB.

Oh, nearly forgot, that bloody song that keeps going around my head all the time, Oconnells magic hat, a song that wont last but will be forever remembered about this most iconic season.

Billy's goal at peterborough and the bedlam that followed it.

The scenes (even at the beamback) when Fleck scored and we were up.

The look of sheer pride and passion on Billy's face as he walked out and lifted the trophy.

Ah fuck it, the whole season

The reality that we had Coutts, Duffy and Fleck. How many times have we marvelled at a player like any of those and wished they played for us. This season we had ALL 3. The memories will live long.
