That is the problem we are facing. We’ve played 42 games now, most of them at a very high level of intensity and the players have given it everything in every game and it is bound to be tough on the legs, and we are seeing that now, I saw a lot of tired mistakes today, a lot of players looking visibility shattered towards the end and it is also apparent that the fatigue is kicking in with players picking up knocks, Basham and Sharp today, JOC and Duffy in recent weeks.
We are NOT bottlejobs like some suggest, in fact we are far from it, we’ve done excellently all season to find ourselves in the position we are in, and the players have put a real shift in with heart, spirit and guts all season. We should be proud of the lads and the effort they have put in so far, and do whatever we can to lift tired bodies and help push them over the last 4 games
