Very quiet 90% of game, but our crowd are at their best when it gets feisty and the last 10 minutes we were very loud.

I thought it was pretty quiet until Jebbison came on - the worst sub Cleverley could've made as it gee'd up the crowd and the players (Peck a man possessed).

I do think as a fanbase we have forgotten what to do when we're winnng much better crowd when we're chasing or in a battle

The atmosphere was terrible until the last 25 minutes or so. There were a few incidents that ignited it, Jebbison, a handful of flying tackles and the "brawl". That's when Bramall Lane is always at its best, but football has become too clean cut and we don't see it often enough. I really enjoyed that last period of the game, even though it's usually the most painful time to be a football fan when you're 1-0 up in the closing stages.

Though I must admit our lack of signings at the end of the window had deflated my mood a bit, plus no home league win in forever.

Hopefully we can put some results together and get it rocking again between now and Christmas.

Well footy gods didn’t get their way.

Now that 10 month monkey is off our back we can press on and same goes for players. Potential transfers gone, no win at home gone and -2 point start gone. Yesterday did a lot to meld players, crowd and management together.

Just need to get the final monkey off our back (tekkova) and it’s book the promotion bus.
