It has to be said - our support at Charlton was superb. You couldn't hear the home fans at all until the final whistle and that is a compliement to the 2,500+ Blades inside the Valley.
As for the game; 0-0 would have been a fair result. We were beaten by an outstanding freekick but it wasn't a foul in the first place. However, in the second half we should have put their goalkeeper under much more pressure - more flapping than a penguin from the Charlton no. 1. That said, neither side really tested the opposition keeper and it was an afternoon for all four centre halves to be proud of.
If we play like that for the rest of the season we'll win almost every game, including at Hillsborough and the Galpharm.
