FA cup tickets

Just wondering what will happen now - Will tickets be refunded or do we keep them and use them for the rescheduled game which will presumably happen at some point?

Unless the season is cancelled Would imagine club will offer a refund but also say you can keep them for the rearranged game.

Re ticket arrival, I bought three with my season tickets and used a mates number to get my wife one. Hers has arrived but mine and my lads haven’t - maybe using season cards?

There was a message sent out earlier that tickets would still be valid for FA cup if they’ve already been purchased/issued. Same with Newcastle match.
if you bought online but haven’t received in post yet, it still should show in your account online, look in the loyalty points section for purchases

There's also the confirmation message that gets emailed, I always take a screenshot too to make sure.

Bought my ticket last Tuesday but still not received it. I emailed the box office and the response was that my ticket had been printed and would be sent out when the ticket office opens.

I received 3 Arsenal tickets in the post today. I thought I'd asked for them to be loaded onto our season tickets but I'm quite relieved to have the paper version - who knows if and when we'll be using them
