Thought exactly the same. Non pre-pub atmosphere is always crap, it'll take an even worse referee than normal to stir things up, but a trip down there is at stake, so maybe it might be different. (Already arranged to visit mum Saturday BTW)

As it’s Mother’s Day as well it gives her plenty of time to cook the English , drop me off at the Lane , pick me up , get the Sunday dinner ready , cool the beer ,uncork the Vino and make sure she records the game so I can watch it when I get home
