Losing 3-1 to Villa in January 2011 was one that had slipped the mind.

I remember losing to Altrincham in Round One in 1982. Apart from that have we ever failed to reach the 3rd Round?

Looking at that list I'm pretty sure I was at every one of those games (unfortunately!)

The Swansea and Colchester home defeats in successive seasons stand out as the worst, wasn't the Colchester game Hao Haidong's one and only competitive outing?

Last won it 90 years ago, last final 1936. Not really our competition; let's concentrate on getting out of the twilight division.

I agree not really our Cup, but that's not a bad run for a third division club... We will become known as giant killers soon.

Mind you, when Burscough overtake us in the league that really is the day we accept reality. As a lad I recall them coming to the Lane. It were like Martians meeting Men. Someday soon it'll be more like equals meeting equals..

Come on United wake up..

When did we last win this division? perhaps we should go to the one below and concentrate on that according to your logic.
I JUST WANT US TO WIN SOMETHING OTHER THAN 3 POINTS.

I remember how after the game was shown on MOTD everyone of the commentators said a draw was the least we deserved
I have to agree wholeheartedly

The stars are never in the right alignment
you know when this sort of thing happens

Heartbreaking, absolutely heartbreaking watching that. Each time I watch it, I think it's going in. As for the follow-up, FFS, a bit of composure and things could have been so different.

My dad went to that game. Said we were robbed by the woodwork. "Lucky Arsenal"
Soon after Drake's goal, Jock Dodds headed a Harold Barton cross against the crossbar. Dodds said he felt a push on the back by an Arsenal player and didnt connect his head to the ball at the right time
