Now, let's have a bit of foreign recruitment and get that new training ground building done

All the right signs with this appointment. He won't have had any worries about getting another Championship job so you have to think SJ believes we've got what's needed. And the big plus for me is the type of football he likes to play. Shows the boardroom has a consistent strategy there and isn't just looking for a name.

Said enough times now, I can live with Championship football, I dread going back to hoofing it.
