I think they would be mad to appeal the 10 pts deduction, they could have additional pts added if the tribunal decide their appeal is frivolous and time wasting.

On appeal reduced to 6 and suspended is my guess where this will end up. Cant have a 'big' team with a new Stadium relegated.

The PL requested a deduction of 12 points to the tribunal. I doubt that they want to be seen backing down, although a compromise of 8 points may be reached. It is of course open to the PL to appeal the decision not to deduct 12 !!

I don’t think the appeal goes back to the tribunal but to the PL. Please put me right if I have misunderstood
