Maybe the rumoured appointment of a DoF is correct.

Don't really know what to think. Might be a stroke of genius, it might not, if it's true that is. Knowing this club, the chances are it'll turn out we've followed a misleading crowd and it'll probably end up being a big mistake and the wrong thing to do.

Agree with most of this, the relative success at the sty has had more to do with serious money for signings than just a foreign manager being in place.

Could be that that Baki and the Prince are well-pissed off with the team's performance this season. They didn't buy into this, and are perhaps more reluctant to give Adkins another season. McCabe, on the other hand, has seen it all since sacking Warnock, and may be more reluctant to sack yet another manager. The Prince may not be a billionaire but I'm sure he has a million quid he could throw at the club to take care of pay offs etc

It could be another massive mistake, but on the other hand who's to say we wouldn't piss the league with a few new foreign players and a Turkish Keegan in charge
 
If the board decided to part aways which I hope we dont because i think bar Coventry our performances from 12th March onwards is enough to warrant him to see 2016 out. But if we are at least top 4/6 by jan 2017 then tough questions will be asked

I would like to have a punt on brian deane big united legend. Not unproven because of his great record at sarpsborg in Norway. Apparently plays "good" football & with his 3 spells at the club he understands what its like to play for the fans & would tell players

I understand the sentiment regards Deano, but I wouldn't want him anywhere near the managers job at the lane. I don't want anything to tarnish the reputation he has and the esteem in which he's held, which will inevitably happen.
