The one thing about him that's impressed me most is his tackling. Committed, controlled, aggressive. Don't think I've seen him miss one yet, despite him regularly going for ones that are difficult to make. He makes tackles other centre halves simply don't, it's a real bonus.

Strong in the tackle. Good header of the ball, but can't pass for shit. Weirdly the positives outweigh the negatives. I do wonder if he was told to hoof it second half though?

Stood up well and was generally excellent again but Jake Wright showed a masterclass in defending for me today. Organised his defence superbly and mopped up so much during the second half. A real calming influence.

Whilst it's old news that CW is looking to sign EEL which it is mentioned in this mornings Sun (CW to start talks to hook EEL) its the first time I've seen a quote from EEL saying he loves it at the club

Fingers crossed Wolves allow it to happen

Based on the above, it appears that perhaps Wolves aren't going to take him back

Well at least they haven't said he is defo on his way back because they want to have another look at him

Also, is it right Warnock has sent scouts to watch him?
