Anyone doubting my logic ask yourself two questions

Who is the better manager dyche or hecky ?

Who would you rather have hecky or dyche as our manager ?

If you don’t answer dyche for both you are off your rocker

Couldn’t care less if it was Captain blade in charge

You don’t get the opportunity to have a free run at a manger the calibre of dyche

He won’t be available for long
 
My question is - If we got rid of hecky, who would come in that's decent with a good record when they know there's no money available ?

Other than Sean Dyche, who else is available now who's not already with another club?
 
We’ve already been told that PH is going nowhere and is part of a 5 year plan so strap your seatbelts on.

He’s the guy that operates how the club wants him too. He identifies the positions and then leaves the powers that be to fill them by whichever means they see fit.

If we don’t fill those positions he won’t rock the boat too much.

Big season for him now. This squad minus MGW got us to a play off final.

Let’s see how he goes over a full season.
 



It was only last season we targeted the BEST manager in the division at great expense allowing him to bring in his own back room team.
We were made pre season favourites by most, mainly down to have a top rated manager who had seen it, done it and worn the T shirt.
That didn't go very well did it.

Ironically when ever we've shown ambition regards managers paying out big money to bring them in, we've always failed miserably.
 
I for one am more than happy with the way things are progressing! It’s not just about the manager himself it’s about the management team as a whole . We have some very good younger players coming through and from what I’ve seen we are doing a good job at integrating some and loaning out our decent prospects to sensible places . Our fan base look for problems to jump on . Nothing is ever guaranteed to work but Hecky has done absolutely nothing to deserve being replaced. Imho quite the opposite. We can see a clear strategy over what we are trying to do so let’s hope it works. I am looking forward to this season , will we go up ? Who knows . But pre season results will not dictate the season!

We played six game last season without MGW and we won 4, drew 1 and lost 1. Apart from the defeat, we scored at least 2 goals in all of the other games he wasn’t available to us. We weren’t drab without him at all.

We still have Berge.
 
We’ve had a good transfer window so far but I’m not convinced we’ll piss the league in fact it’ll be a tougher league this coming season imo so a loss against Mansfield should put our expectations in place it works as a timely reminder
