Yeah and if she then kicked you out of the team structure you was working in, made you work with the office juniors and told you to fuck off and find another job she would be up before a tribunal before you could say "constructive dismissal".
For the record. Constructive dismissal this is the most difficult thing to prove. My expertise and I can tell you that only 12% are successful.

Really hope it’s not the end for DuffMan. Didn’t think he’d be an automatic choice but looked forward to cameos in the big league. Don’t know Wilder personally obviously but I get the impression he doesn’t bear grudges not like Warnock. Fucking Warnock had more falling outs than an episode of EastEnders and Dallas combined.

No one

No offence but that's horseshit.

If my boss was in the middle of a huge shitstorm at work - one that I was fully aware of and that needed to take place in order to secure the future of the department - and I went in asking to talk about getting a pay rise and improved terms, she'd tell me to fuck off out of it, and she'd be right to do so.

And how would that reaction better help them manage the shit storm they're in? Surely it's not in her interests to make the situation any more difficult?

Plus I'd hardly compare preparing for the Prem to being in a shitstorm! Far from it, CW will be loving it. I bet his time at Halifax when he wasn't getting paid and credit cards were being declined now THAT is a moment not to piss about with the manager.

Well it would allow her to deal with the matter at hand, wouldn't it? Rather than trying to juggle two situations and make a fuck up of both of them.

Of course it's a shitstorm. I'm not saying it won't be enjoyable, but it'll be fucking hard work - listen to his voice in today's press conference and then tell me that the preparations aren't taking a toll on him.

Seems to be linked to QPR today. His greed has cost him a chance in the prem and it seems he could now be playing for a mid table championship side for the forseeable.

Or thinking about it could he be a potential swap for N'Diaye? Duffy would certainly suit Stoke in Jones' diamond system.

A decision that Wilder may well end up regretting IMO. He is vital to the way we play, we have no idea if Freeman can do the same for us or not.

Equally we have no idea if Duffy can do the same for us or not in the Prem.

Wilder has nothing to regret, a certain Mark Duffy however...

BogsDollocks91 is a Twitter account I pay very close attention to on Deadline Day.

Whoover is to blame, or whoever may have cause to regret, it's just a huge shame that it has ended like this. FFS

I doubt that very much.

I get the Duffy love in I really do, but come on..... he would have made half a dozen 5 minute appearances from the bench at most. If Mark Duffy is seen as "vital" we may as well get our "Premiership Return Journey" t-shirts printed up now for next August...

CW has made a stance and has sent out a message to the rest of the squad.

O'Rourke 'confirming' the Stoke loan...

Stoke on loan sounds more like doghouse than a good move.

What a shit situation for everyone except Stoke.

Joe Allen and Mark Duffy in the same midfield? Would be a lovely side to watch.

Ryan Woods anchoring midfield what a midfield three that is. Although Woods appears to be out of favour at the moment. With the likes of Ince, Clucas, Afobe you have to wonder why they are struggling, could be the manager.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot - I wonder whether he's regretting his actions?. Such a shame he leaves on a sour note after all he's contributed during his time with the club.

I hope the move works out for him but I don't think he's got much more of a chance of getting regular games at Stoke than he is at Utd.

Shame if he goes. Been watching United a long time and the Duff is one of the best out and out footballers to have played at the Lane.
Hope we don't end up regretting this one and hope he does well at Stoke if he ends up there.
