Agree but we'd only need them on a contract till the end of the season ( promotion or not ) ,there's probably some really experienced guys around Europe but would definitely want big wages and long "last payday " contracts

Think the Accademy players have earned the right to be back ups to main squad with shift they put in during our rebuild and injury crisis. Can’t see much worth considering at the expense of developing our own

A lot of the free agents are ones I thought were decent have not found a club since the summer.

Amartey would be decent at this level, probably wants big wages though

For what it’s worth I think Wilder has done an exceptional job at building the squad.

Remember we entered the window in the top two nonetheless.

If fit, Holding comes with a higher caliber than Souttar. Clarke is better offensively than Gilchrist.

Choudhury gives an additional robustness we didn’t have.

Brereton-Diaz is an excellent signing for us especially when you consider he was one of the few successes last season at a level higher. Cannon is clearly a goal scorer at this level.

The latter two, given how prolific Campbell was before injury and how Moore can potentially add to the mix given his unique skillset all means we are well placed.

I can’t help but feel that we need to hammer a few teams in the coming weeks.

Goal difference is becoming a factor. This needs to be addressed. It’s going to potentially come down to the head to heads. We’ve already given Burnley and Leeds a leg up in that regard. We need to redress that in the return fixtures.

Thought I read that you only have until Friday with free agents, may be wrong on that. We don't need anymore anyway, but the problem you have with them is it will mid march at the earliest before they fit enough and if they have been a free agent since the summer there is probably a reason for that, usually being they aren't very good and/or asking for daft money.
