I grew up 5 minutes from there! They were big rivals with this lot down the road (if you glance quickly at it..)I might form a football team in a village near usView attachment 147957

Way after my time that, the Norwich stuff was in the late 80s.15 or so years ago they played in yellow and blue stripes. Boys and Belles.

Apart from bastardizing the club badge, I can’t see a problem with this!
Just an amateur side from Cheshire, advertising for players?
My son played for Jr Blades in the 90's.All their kit and tracksuits were provided by The club as were the end of season Trophies. The presentation night was held at the Social club for every age group, and Mr Warnock and many of the players used to turn up for photos and autographs. One of the issues that rises it head with this kind of thing is the parents believe that there is a real link to the actual football club.
Not so long ago. United were actively trying to distance themselves from Sheffield United Junior Blades, as were Wednesday with Young Owls and both were wanting the dropping of the club's names.
Furthermore I lost count of the number of parents who told me that their kid played for the Academy, to which I replied I've never heard of him and I know both squads at their age group. With a little more digging they played for Junior Blades or Young Owls, or were at one of the development centres and they believed that they were representing the professional football club which clearly they weren't.
All of that is true. I was referring to more recent timesMy son played for Jr Blades in the 90's.All their kit and tracksuits were provided by The club as were the end of season Trophies. The presentation night was held at the Social club for every age group, and Mr Warnock and many of the players used to turn up for photos and autographs.
So I am sure the club had some interest in them.A few were moved up to the academy as well.
