It wasn't the cost that bothered me.

It was the bowl. You give me a food item that is meant to be eaten on a plate and you serve it in a fucking bowl. A bowl where the rim is really thick but the actual bowl is fucking tiny.

Come to my fucking restaurant where I'll serve you a generous portion of soup on a plate and a steak in a sundae glass. See how you get on.

I've been to Miller and Carter once. It's the most complicated menu I've ever come across.

It's by design, annoy you with the menu, bamboozle you with the bowl of lettuce and then give you a minor heart attack when you read the bill.
