It's to easy nowadays for the simple fuckers - like women, the secret is to treat them mean and keep them keen.

Was there ever a player whose hype so massively outrun his actual achievements?
Nothing wrong with a bit of hype lads.

Which is why my username as of this summer will be some witty adaption of KLER.

from Instagram.

There was a load of comments on his photos last night telling him to stop moaning and getting his head down and proving to the manager why he should be picking him. Nothing really abusive at all.

Had a look this morning and there is 2 comments, one from a well known lifelong United groupie known as LisaBLade who has written "would this be a dig at our manager" with a smiley on the end, and another from what looks like another groupie with a smiley emoticon.

Everything else is deleted.

In the way that Wayne Rooney was played for Everton at 16 scored three goals in four games and was promptly sold to man united for 30 million at 17!years old..

Then we can expect a player who couldn't get a shirt for York city while playing for free for them, and who has took a shirt and number up for over three years spanning two/ three managers at the lane, and still can't make the first team..

Get a grip, he's another tosser to be fucked off....sooner than later please..

Tell me I'm wrong based on actual events, not just fantasies in your head..

A poor loan spell needn't necessarily be a sign that a player will end up failing, it can in a way be character building - witness George Long after his trials at Oxford.

In saying that, there's got to be a willingness on the player's part to learn from adversity (& from his own mistakes too), rather than using it as a chance to blame others for his misfortunes. I'm pretty sure that George knuckled down & has used his experiences to his advantage. As for Diego..., well, who knows? Two things are for sure - George has progressed significantly this season; Diego's gone backwards.

But it has been 2 years since he has returned from his misfortune and with the exception of one goal at Preston, any attention that has been drawn to him has been negative.

Yeah, in Diego's case the lessons clearly haven't been learnt. On the other hand, George hopefully shows other youngsters at the club how to deal with loan experiences - good or bad, use them to your positive advantage.

I'd still be delighted if Diego was named on the bench today, with him emerging between now & the end of the season as part of our bright new, youthful future. But it's just not going to happen. He seemingly can't even get a loan now (unlike all the other perennially injureds).

I'm sorry but alleged off field activities alone are not responsible for Baxter being a below average 3rd division player occasionally appearing in a below average 3 rd division team badly . He is a massively over rated player with exaggerated ability who has somehow built this myth up into being a technical genius among United fans still desperate to have a Tony Currie in our side. He is wank and we will be so better off without him. I have been saying this for over 2 years ago much to some people's annoyance but I got the measure of him ages ago. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Playing in the premier ha ha , northern premier if he can be bothered to get up

He was over rated as he was wasting his talent, theres times he sees passes others cant , theres no denying he has the natural touch , but players have to work really hard to get into positions to show this to its best, idling away in the middle of the park makes him look useless.
He probably was superb up to being 17 when you have to start competing with seasoned pros who take fitness seriously and could lose him in 4 strides due to his unwillingness to work
then he never gets to have the ball in space to show off what he had, and when you dont use it , you lose it

agree ,lets see if he can stay off twitter etc for a few hours and let his boots do his tweeting. If Father Di giralamo has owt about him this is the advice he should be giving him, not thinking 2 goals in the under 21s suddenly make him billy big time with Juventus coming to sign him.

People saying he couldn't get a game at York are talking rubbish, he made an immediate impact when he went there and scored 3 in 4, until we recalled him from his loan, didn't use him much, and sent him back, at which point they'd had to cope without him, won a couple of games and he got stuck on the bench or out on the wing.

Then we brought him back again, he scored in the cup at Preston, turned down a new contract, fell out with Clough, then got sent back yet again, before switching to Northampton as he thought they played better football and would use him better than York, and proceeded to look like a twat as they barely used him.

Although the latter part of last season being a failure was down to the player, the handling of him with his stop-start loan spells cut the legs out of what could have been useful development for him, so it's not surprising he was a bit fed up.

Yet more social media bullshit... Posted a pic of him and Wilson saying 'What a manager this guy was... Top Gaffa' with predictable comment from Dimaio underneath.

Do we think he's seen that Wilson will take on a striker as bad as Slew and thinks he might get a game?

Sooner we can get rid the better - if he was as good as he thinks he is (or is told by his advisers) he'd play for Barcelona.

Can't see it if he played 90 mins today....

Think that's 14 unbeaten for the u21s and top of the league?
