I'd have thought flats and new superstore corner of shoreham cherry street ,we shall see ,
It is yes, ground will be broken very soon.
No date for the Kop improvements then?
End of September I've heard ,will smarten that corner up ,mccabes have stated that they are going to improve and develope the sporting infrastructure in sheffield ,the lane shirecliffe ,legacy park
Adds a bit of density to the footprint
True, although I suspect that removing the roof supports and adding seats at the back can be done partly during the season and partly in the closed season without disrupting the fansIf we have ambitions to return to the premier league, surely it would make sense to start re development of the kop asap.It would be easier to re locate fans to different areas of the ground whilst there is space to do so.Don't wait to get promoted and play in front of a reduced capacity when demand for tickets will be higher.

But if the Prince is taking over, who is paying for this? The company that owns the ground or Blades Leisure/the football club?
just make the kop a hard hat area and take the remaining supports out - it'll be fine.I think they managed to remove the roof supports from the away end over close season so it shouldn't be that much of a problem.
Typical small-time mentality compared with our Masseev neighbours. It should have been covered with a tarpaulin.
Because they've only got microscopic tiny little one cell brains they think we just cladded the Lane end. When I mocked the Deathtrap for having thousands of condemned seats and a brand new swanky tarpaulin to improve the place, two stupid pigs on FaceTube reckon we've done the same at BTBDL. Can't say I've ever noticed a tarpaulin covering a whole stand, not like the Massive to fabricate something out of thin air now is it?!
When the plans were submitted it was stated that work could start from the back while keeping the kop open on match days.I think they managed to remove the roof supports from the away end over close season so it shouldn't be that much of a problem.
we could start the kop in the new year , and tell wednesday they cant have any tickets due to reduced capicity only allowing our season ticket holders in
