If there is another team that has our will and determination not to be beaten then fair play. But I doubt they exist.

We are something new tactically and we knit that together with the refusal to be beat it's no surprise we are where we are.

Overlapping CB's? Heading everything out? Tackling like your life depended on it? Counter attacking like crazy? Creating overloads that have never been seen before? A 34 year old legend that is getting better?

Yes....Liverpool......that’s why Wilder was so impressed with them.
As well as having talented players they are like us.....in that they play as a team unit...work so hard and have this great desire to win.

I thought I heard someone describe us quite well when they said we 'smother teams and strangle the life out of them'. I thought we did that really well against Bournemouth and especially for that 25 minutes before half-time against Norwich.

I like the fact that we don't take daft risks. If there's real danger, we're quite happy to put it in the stand, not this fucking about which other teams do that almost always leads to a calamitous goal.
