I’m intrigued to know what song people would go for if they could pick any for the players walking out of the tunnel in 5 weeks time.

I’m not sure I was a massive fan of Ian Brown - FEAR which we had last year from memory.

Has to be Right here Right now by Fat Boy Slim for me. I did like 7 nations army last year too though prior to kick off.

Thoughts on this, just our usual countdown to kickoff anthems or something different?

As per previous thoughts about this ....and to add,not my original idea but..... The Ecstasy of Gold..... Morricone.
I think they used it pre world cup final this year ?

Whatever Sunderland came out to in the play off semi final 2nd leg defeat to us.

Dim the flood lights. And crank up the volume

And I don't mean Ready to Go. I'm off to search for it now.

I'm back. Here you go .

Turn it up loud.

Something about this little ditty does it for me . It's the chorus that seals it really, it's perfect for the lovable rascals from across our fair city .

Always post this when walk out music comes up, why break the habit.

Enter Sandman.....Metallica.
Loud...fckn loud.

Not a fan of VT but like many US college football teams, they know how to create an atmosphere

(~2:10 is where Enter Sandman begins)

Though I dislike the gamecocks too, I was lucky enough to be at a game where I witnessed this live, and it was a real "shit yeah!" moment. I noticed Blackburn played Sandstorm pre-game too, but with slightly less effect.

This. Play from 29 seconds onwards as Gary Sinclair finishes his thing and the players are coming out of the tunnel.

Or maybe even better, play from the beginning with Gary hyping everyone up over it, for him to go quie as the players come out at that 30 second mark, and then just let the rest of the song play. Maybe put the word in for the fans to clap/sing along to the chorus. Place would be fucking rocking.

Are you OK? Would you like someone to sit with you for a bit?

And quite a fun bassline to play if you're quick enough (which I'm not) :D

I’ve always thought Muse would be far better if they didn’t have a singer.....

In answer to the original post I’d have this if the title wasn’t so inappropriate.

Although the opening lyrics are sort of apt for playing Wednesday. Apart from the working for them bit.

“We worked one year for you pigs
And you want to break our walls down?
And you want to destroy us?
Well you go to hell!”

This. Start playing it before the teams walk out and have the teams come out of the tunnel at 58 seconds.
