I watched a bootleg record get bid up to a hundred grand the other week because the seller ignored info that it wasn't an original. Ebay did nothing while it was happening.

On a more important point, I hope for his own sake the seller has specified "no returns"

I have reported this seller to Ebay under the Trades Description Act.
It may be an error but he has listed Hammond as a footballer and I think this is very misleading.
