just got off the phone to david stockdale and he said that kb has rung him again in requards to coming to the lane for the number 1 keeper slot. He did call him a couple of weeks ago as i posted on here but that cooled when ss looked like he was coming but now that deal appears dead thanks to q.p.r he could be the lanes number 1 next season.

On the one hand he's supposedly signing, with an itk stoke fan saying as much. Even been reported as being seen at Shirecliffe this morning.

On the other hand, no official word from Stoke as to his whereabouts. No official word from the slowest o/s site in the football league and now the above post?

Would it surpise anyone to see him snatched from the palm of our hand?
