Sounds a potentially good prospect, first teamer this season...maybe not ? , but Reading in particular have picked up some classy players for next to nowt from Ireland so here's hoping we have some luck with this guy.

mark yeates was on radio sheffield monday night talking about this guy, well kinda he hasnt seen him play nor knows anything about him in a footballing sense so seems we on here know about as much about him as the players at united do...nothing.
heres hoping speed can do for the blades what "harry" bassett and to a lesser extent neil warthog did on a zero budget.

I believe he's eligible from the 3rd onwards. Has been with the club for a while and seems like a nice lad.

Was Conneely a right back? Seem to remember reading he was and at the time thinking why bother given we had at the time Calve, Kozzie, Lowton and Nosworthy. Now however, a new right back would be very welcome!

I've watched some highlights of this lad (McAllister) playing. He looks like he's got some ability. There is a cracking goal of his on youtube. Admittedly the footage ive seen is from a lower standard but he is young and based on what ive seen he could develop into a good player.

From what i've heard he can play on the right or in the middle but perhaps someone ITK could either confirm or correct that?????

Meanwhile, commentary on Blades Player was unavailable for the Hull game, and today's Sheffield United commentary link doesn't work yet, although the Doncaster link is on (probably joint commentary today anyway).

On the O/S Adams says he wouldn't recognise them if he saw them on the training ground.
Maybe not quite ready just yet - unless it's a cunning smokescreen.
