I think Sid James would improve us up front and I am pretty sure I included the proviso of us not getting Henderson back.

No. I just feel it is a totally ridiculous suggestion. Dan James has featured in 44 games for Man Utd this season (out of 56). Why would he be available on loan?

I think the fact that Man Utd will make more attacking signings will put James further down the pecking order there. The fact that he’s a big mate of McBurnie’s makes me think we might go for him, if available.

If Man Utd do get Jadon Sancho, I can't see James getting a look-in with Greenwood starting to really step-up.
But it would need Man Utd to pay the majority of his wages on a loan deal if we even were to consider it.
Can see him moving to somewhere like Everton.

If as I think, next season, especially away from home, play one up top with 2 inverted forwards ahead of Berge and Fleck, he’d be tailor made for us. The added bonus is that him and McBurnie are really close, so if Man U do sign Sancho, I think this could be a goer.

with a 7 week off season if the rumours of a 12th / 13th sept start date are true I cant see us making a significant formation change just because we wont have the time for Chris to get the players perfecting it. I just cant see it happening but id be happy to take him on loan if that miracle did occur, Lets just call it a long shot at best.
