he played in the preseason game last year when we held a decent derby team to few chances and a dubious penalty scored by you know who.. he didn't stand out but they did shut us out.. but we held our own mostly from memory which says a few things he is probably decent if not spectacular. and again this vast chasm between us preseason last year and a decent derby team is negligible!

It is fairly commonplace for fans to take a dislike to players about to, or who have left. Some on here were not too complimentary about Harry Maguire, Jamie Murphy, Che Adams, DCL or Ben Whiteman or John Brayford, of late, as examples close to home. Another one from memory was our beloved Billy Sharp when he left us for the second time.

Not all were correct were they?
