I was lucky enough to be able to watch Saturday's game from the comfort of an executive box (thanks again Foxy/Linz).

The customer service was excellent, right from walking through the door. Everyone smiled, was happy to help and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Compare that to the usual matchday experience where you're treated like a criminal, shouted at, pushed around and generally treated like scum.

Money talks?

Got to say Rattly, the only time I've ever been dealt with in such a manner, i.e. treated lik a criminal etc, was at Anfield (twice) and Hamden Park. Consequently I will never give a penny of my hard earned money to the scouse/jock bastards again! I'm sure they'll miss it...

so a great advertisement for forsyth, eh? what a surprise.

Last season for the Crystal Palace match, i went in the executive boxes thanks to work. About a dozen of us got the corporate tickets, as it had been designated a staff day for the executive box. So we went in, ordered our drinks to be told that they going on the company account, so we had our snap, and spent most of the match knocking back the ale in the executive box, and then a good couple of hours after, all on the company, and ended up pissed as Lords, and taking the bottles of Champagne from the executive box to boot.

It's an ace experience, although i've not been invited back since
