They’ve now set minimum salaries for WSL1 and WSL2 - not disclosed yet
but figures of £47k average salary for WSL1 and £20k minimum for WSL2 come up on a Google search. I think I read that Maddy Cusack got £6k p.a. But she also had a marketing job with the club.

The salary requirement this year led to Blackburn not running a WSL2 team this year and we kept our place… we would have been relegated otherwise.
