Indeed, however the permanent transfer still needs to be completed. As it stands, Norwood is on loan. Come January 1st, the deal will be made permanent.

As Switch says they'll still be an announcement of some sort saying his loan has been turned into a permanent. Thinking about it though, it can't happen till Jan 1st so can't see it being that.
