I can get very emotional, I've had tears in my eyes from many goals we have scored.

Did you go to King Ecgbert?
Having been present at every cock-up since 1968, I've never cried, but came pretty damn close after the Wigan game.
But I did cry when we played (pretty certain it was) Brentford in 1989. First home game after the Hillsborough disaster. None of these manufactured clappings/celebrations. Just music in the run up to kick-off. And then 'I Don't Want To Talk About It' by Anything But The Girl.
Many people around me on the Kop wept buckets, and so did I.
I cried when Monty went to Millwall.................. Naaaah I'm lying but I'll certainly cry if he comes back LOL
> I will not sing the Boxing day song
but that is what 'defines' us as blades.. i don't see how the pigs can sing that song.. if you won then you wouldn't have to 'fight for evermore' surely?.. i still have my ticket stub .. framed.. i'm proud of it
and being sat on my own in the Chelsea end when Stein scored and having to feign happiness or run the risk of a good hiding.
I certainly did
No I haven`t. But in early Aug 1975, at home to Arsenal, my 11 year old eyes and ears saw a man bawling his eyes out after an abysmal 3 1 loss to Arsenal. Can never remember being brought to tears at a blades match so really can't relate to People who do and I think supporting the blades and watching them lose some of the. Big games I have , the sight of that man city fan bawling his eyes out because they slipped into second place made me think of the most gutted I've ever been after a football match
Has to be after the Wigan game , I walked home in the rain got in bed with my clothes still on and didn't speak to anyone for 24 hrs
Anyway has anyone on here ever cried at a blades match ?
Easter 1990 actually. And was it 4 0?Anyone over the age of 12 who cries at a football match needs to have a word with themselves. I did take myself to bed at about 6pm after our 5-1 defeat at Leeds at Easter 1991 in our promotion season in a fit of depression.
Like others have said if we ever get to an FA cup final I might shed a tear during the singing of Abide With Me in memory of my dear old dad

I soon wised up after a falling out with Miss Thomas, and left at the start of my second year of 6th form. 6 years was more than enough.I thought so, you were in the year below me! I remember seeing on you at TV after the Wigan match, by then I was in my first year at University though. I feel for you, having to carry the can at School!
