Well that's all well and good, but you still need to address the complete absence of midfield you would leave, and we've seen no evidence on the pitch that Freeman offers anything at all. Don't get me wrong, the midfield is a concern and I've said we need at least one player in, three if we sell Berge, but adding someone in because "creativity" requires us to have the ball in the first place

The fact that we have a high proportion of players with 10+ years of experience as professional footballers should count for something but just goes to show what a bunch of shirkers they are when it gets tough.

You either front up and try and get things right because you have the experience to know how or just give up, knowing that it's your last big pay day and even if you did do well, you'd be getting binned off at the end of the season anyway knowing that you're incapable of producing at the top level. How Heckingbottom got some sort of tune from this lot at times defies belief because my one year old can produce a better tune on his xylophone than what we're seeing now.
