What position do you suggest we replace?

Hamer?
Souza?
Brooks?

The issue is defence, it can’t keep the ball and be left to do its job without a lot of help from other members of the squad.
We are weak at left back, RND is the best we have so after today he may go there with Trusty to LCB.

Hamer is one of the biggest chance creators.
Brooks I think has potential, but not yet good enough for the premier league.
We have McAtee who’s our flair player and seems he won’t be going back given he played today.

We’ve just brought in BBD, who’s not much of a creator, but it’s about getting bodies up the pitch, dominating in the opponents half and getting bodies into the box to get quality crosses in to.

When you win 4-0 against a side 3 leagues below you it's not easy to judge.

It's clear we did enough... more than enough really to get through to the next round. But equally if we looked absolutely excellent in all departments then the caveat is we'll we are playing a L2 side.
Equally we are 2-0 up by half time without breaking too much sweat and can you excuse the team for thinking let's keep at it BUT also let's see this game out now.

In my opinion if you win 4-0 there really isn't any need to criticise.

Let see who we get next round.

Our next match now is west ham. A true test. A side in the top 6 of the PL yet a side at home we should be looking at getting at a bit and even looking for 3 PTS if we can.

The players needed a win, to score and control the game after umpteen backs against the wall games. This should give them the belief that we can win games we can do it at this level now lets do it also at or current PL level.
It was a confidence booster.
