I have been assured that Coventry fans really don’t care about us above any other club …

Look I believe them ….. and I am so pleased that so many of them have taken the time and trouble to register on this forum to express how much they really aren’t that bothered.

Didn't seem to be much joy getting service to your strikers. Hopefully you can sort that out before Burnley as looks to be your asset rather than defence.
 
Totally bizarre. No other club we have ever played have had 4-5 people spamming the forum with shite before and after the game. They got absolutely pasted tonight and still they're here, regurgitating absolute shite. What is wrong with these backwater inbreds from the biggest shithole in the country?

Kitching was out in defence. Sheaf and Rudoni just coming back from injury. If Dovin injury is slight I fancy our chances against Burnley at home.

Your only bit of success was getting it and boshing it forward. Was an awful watch from your side.
 

If we do end up in the play-off's, and it's still a very distinct possibility that we might, I'd be more than happy to play Coventry in the final.

They aren't a bad side at all but let's be absolutely honest about it, that was 'men v boys' out there tonight in terms of looking dangerous going forward and overall control of the game. How they play suits us down to the ground.

The fact is that there is a huge difference between the top 4 and the rest and I don't think the 'rest' appreciate that at all, even in spite of what the league table illustrates very clearly.

Fuck em' and their 'scrote-like', horrible fans.

The top 4? Make that the top.3.
 
Thought Coventry looked decent first 20 minutes.
Was slightly concerned because you pressed high, generally controlled possesion, passing it around better than us
And to be honest we sat back a bit, looking like we were the away team.

The Hamer goal was just an out of the blue worldy, which he does every now and then.
The 2nd goal from Campbell was a class finish.

A few around me were chatting on the Kop.
We all agreed that Coventry were the better team in the centre circle area
But in both boxes Sheff Utd were definitely better. Thought you played some nice football
But it’s not about style and how your teams. I thought you lacked quality up front and your defence seemed slightly weak.
Us Blades sometimes laugh watching our matches because we don’t have to be playing well but we have some quality individual players
Who can click any moment, so we a goal from nothing.

Personally wouldn’t mind seeing Coventry in the Prem, prefer you to WBA and Boro.
Hoping you’re smarting from your defeat and come out more determined next week when you play Burnley.
 
For all the nonsense CCFC supporters have put up with over the years, i've got a
great admiration for their solidarity and strength, they've had a multitude of
issues to overcome. Their following should be emulated by those across the city,
who we know are no way near as vehement in their disenchantment as the CCFC
supporters were.

I have no issue with their club or supporters. I hope they achieve success,
sooner rather than later.

No, I maintain that the 'top 4' are better. I know you beat Sunderland comfortably recently but they have been miles better than you lot all season and I'd back them to beat you in the play-off's too over two legs even though we know that anyone can beat anyone else in a one-off game in the Championship. Your defence was absolutely pathetic tonight and I still can't quite believe we only scored 3!

Sunderland have weaknesses. O'Nien is an absolute liability in my opinion in their team but they are better than your lot. Some of the teams around the play-off's genuinely think they are far better than they actually are, Bristol City, yourselves, and Wednesday to name but three.

Many of us haven't been all that convinced about our own team for most of the season in regard to making the top 2. We have deficiencies and haven't looked particularly dangerous going forward in many of our games. We just have a talent for 'getting it done. Tonight however, we should have score more and we looked several classes above your team in the final third. That should be a concern for you, injuries or no injuries. All teams have them but the better teams 'get through'.

In my opinion, 3 of the top 4 will go up and it will be the same next season too.

I don’t think Sunderland are better than them, about the same level. The fact is the top 3 are significantly better than everyone else.
