Outstanding finish and great technique on it. Lad needs to have more confidence when outside the box with shooting if that's what he's got in the locker. He's so calm on the ball as are Fleck and Duffy and from being on the transfer list to where he is now is a great turnaround and is awesome to see, fair play to the lad.

Technically he's absolutely quality and if he can pop up with one of them every now and again, it will make him a very very good all rounded midfielder.

With the amount of possession he gets in those areas Coutts could end up being our leading scorer behind Billy. He just needs to believe in himself.

I hated the nesh bastard's guts last season - he seemed indicative of everything we had wrong and I wanted him far, far away.

From his showing so for this season I am glad I don't get a say in such matters

Now he's broken his duck, I expect Lavery to do very well from now on.

One thing I do notice about Coutts is that you don't often see him putting in a crunching tackle, this isn't a criticism, he's very clever, what he does is just wait his moment and nicks it away from his opponent. Then he's brought it under control and either got away or laid it off quickly before his opponents can get at him.

He's not long since had twins and is apparently very settled in Sheffield now. Couple that with the fact he's in a progressive team, enjoying his football and will no doubt be and feel valued I think he would be inclined to stay. He has a very good contract financially (granted only until June) and I'm sure it might be better left while the summer? We can't afford another contract on what he gets now........ unless we were a championship club

If we win promotion we should be able to keep hold of him. If we don't go up I doubt very much he will be here next season.

Chuffed to bits for Coutts. Between Fleck, Duffy and Coutts we have some real quality and creativity. Wilder has found the combo that works and with Coutts finally registering a league goal, its topped off a great result.
