It's clear what a positive contribution he puts into the first team, but what is the medical reason preventing him from playing 5/10+ consecutive games for us?

It would be heartbreaking if his career is hampered by injuries ala Ledley King because I think we have a very special player on our books who is the replacement for Maguire that we have yet to find.
