I was thinking that plus he was rumoured to be signing for Wigan last week. We appear to have swooped in for him rather randomly when you could argue he surely had better deals on the table. Maybe he is signing thinking about football rather than money for a change?

He could be a bit of a coup for us or could be a flop but at least we didn't pay a transfer fee for him.

I suspect he would be defensive cover at Swansea or Wigan whereas he has a very good chance of being our first choice RB and playing regularly in a style that he is looking forward to working with. At his age he probably wants first team football and maybe that was the real lure we had over rivals.

The Walsall fan I spoke to re: Westlake wasn't aware of him having played any position other than right back in their first team. That's not to say we won't try him there though.

I've never knowingly seen him play. What is he good at? People seem quite excited about us signing him.

I've never knowingly seen him play.

He played against us at the Sty when Killa was sent off and we lost 1-0.

Most of my day was spent rebuking Mike Cheating Cunt Dean and so I can't remember much of his contribution, which is perhaps as well because I've never seen a pig play well against us.

Boro fans seem to think T Mc will make a good CB one day.
