Over the moon to have all these options 😍😍😍 when Moose comes back Wilder will have some right decisions to make

Can you imagine being able to put Brewster, Burke & Moose up top when we’re chasing a game. Phil Jones would piss himself at just the thought

I may be wrong but, I wonder if Moose will ever play for us again tbh?

By the time his surgery has healed he’ll have a least another stone to shift, then on top of that he’ll need a pre season equivalent, by which time this season will be all but done. I imagine by then he’ll have exhausted Wilders patience and he’ll be looking to move him on over the summer.

I don’t think he’s been a waste of money because his goals last season were a huge contribution, but what a waste of talent, he’s is so frustrating, he’s got everything but not an ounce of application.
Eh? Bit of an exaggeration about the lad there imo.

Ramsdale

Basham
Egan
Stevens

Baldock
Berge
Ampadu
Lowe

Burke

McBurnie
Brewster

Don't get me wrong I want him to succeed but Burke has scored 15 goals in 6 years in lesser leagues in time he may come good but its got to be Mcbernie and Brewster for me for the next few weeks.

through balls - moose or burke/brewster
direct - mcburnie/brewster
possession - mcgoldrick/brewster
defend from front/press - mcgoldrick/brewster or sharp

Would Burke fit into the RCM role? He has played RWB before and would be able to carry the ball forward with pace, we’ve seen he can pick out a pass and he has good work rate.

I like where you’re going with the double pivot. But... Enda at LCB?? Not for me, Robinson has proven himself more than capable.
And I can’t see Burke in the creative No.10 role. His strength is running in behind players with his pace.

Finally given in and watched a highlights reel of Brewster (yes, I know Bobby Ford could look like Messi on one of those but...).

I like the look of his link up play and being close to his partner. McBurnie wins so much in the air or at the very least stops the opponent getting a clean clearance. Unfortunately we very rarely have anyone around him anticipating or looking to pick up second balls. Brewster looks the type of be hovering around so hopefully that can stop McBurnie battling only for a second defender to have an easy clearance and keep up further up the pitch.

Also, the lad looks like he enjoys an early shot which forces defenders to make a decision as opposed to just sit off.

I may have got a tad giddy there...back to decaf 😂

McBernie Brewster for me not that convinced about Burke doe one good pass in two games but presses well.
We need to try Burke RCM and those 2 upfront and start imposing our game on the opposition and giving their defence something to think about. At the moment it's too easy to defend against us, especially if we have Osborne and Berge as the other 2 in midfield

I wouldn't mind seeing Sharp and Brewster up front with Burke playing behind them in the Duffy role. It might sound mad but Sharp is a natural poacher. If Brewster does like to shoot first and early then there may be scraps for Sharp to chase down.

Failing that Burke and Brewster with Didsy playing behind them. Having just two strikers up top isn't working. They need someone behind them to close the gap between them and the midfield.

When all fully fit and firing top 3 of Brewdog, Kathy and the Elk
