Him playing today suggests he’s at least in Pep’s plans for this season, although I guess he might end up getting a loan I’d be staggered if he ends up here.

If he's available, I think we will be a credible option, given the wonders we worked with their lads last year.

The drawback will be whether we are seen as a serious footballing option. City wanted us last year, as we'd dominate possession, we won't this year.

Probably championship or abroad, standards lower but he will see much more of the ball there.
