I wouldn't dismiss it just cos Clough has denied it, we won't sign anyone until 90 days before a possible play off final and that's next week at the earliest.

If Brighton where mid table with nothing to play for then I could potentially see Brighton sending him back to us. With there current position and the fact they struggling for goals they need all the striking options they can get.

The only way I see him returning is if he engineers a move back to us and Brighton sign a replacement.
