A warning to our younger lads on here.

You will have noticed probably, that Brian Deane has a bit of a belly on him?

He was always a skinny, gangly lad in his youth. But when you get older your belly starts climbing over your belt. Especially if you’re not careful about what you eat and drink.

It’s worse than that actually.

Your nob can shrink.

I used to have 32 inches but now it’s 36!

Fortunately my waist has remained the same.
