All that is basically wrong with us ths season is goal scoring, end of. So far, and we've played some of the top teams, we've got, just 3 about 1 every two games.. We've conceded 10 which is the same as Newcastle and Wet Sham and one fewer than Screaming Alice. Who sit 14th, 13th and 11th respectively as at time of posting.
So its gotta be the shooting and getting into goal scoring stuations. The quality of shot and getting the ball to people who can at least score.
So with that in mind it isn't a lack of Hendo problem (£130,000 p/wk warming your arse on the bench ha ha), Mousset isn't the issue as one presumes he'd be devoid of chances if he was playing too unless on the break, it isn't really a JOC problem either.
As I and many others have alluded too you've gone all 'England in the 1980's style - square ball, fuck about with it ball, pass it back ball. Christ we could play till the next bloody millenium doing that and even if we had Cruyff, Pele , Maradonna and Klinsmann in the team we still wouldn't score with this stupid tactic. So why do you persist with it? It is ineffective, boring and to a forward/player waiting in the box, confidence sapping.
So stop bleating about how good Man City are or Liverpool and no doubt next week Chelsea AND BLOODY DO SOMETHING OBVIOUS ABOUT IT.
At least with DB we could score goals. Get Deano (the real one not that pretender from Manure) to help with the coaching. You'd also get brownie points cos he's BAME and a real lovely bloke first and foremost.
I've paid £55 to sit at home and see some right shit the last three games over and above my sky subscription and I aint impressed. Playing shit football is not entertaining and eventually your employers get a fraction of what I am paying so no regrets there. Having been a Blade snce 1965 I've seen many comings and goings and now it isn't oing for you, you gotta show some balls. Whilst I am certainly not dvocating Pulis or Allardyce footbll at least tey could drag teams out of a relegation spot. At the moment we dunno where the next goal is coming from. Might as well consult Mystic Meg.
