On Murphy and Kennedy committing to the club, Clough added: “Getting the lads tied down to contracts is as important as getting new ones in. By getting Jamie tied down, everyone is sorted who needs to be.”

As far as I know, the other players whose contracts expire in June 2015 are:-

Howard
Harris
Davies
McCevely

Turner
Doyle
Higdon
Collins
K.Wallace
McFadzean

I would have thought the top four have done enough to earn a contract extension myself...Particularly Howard and Harris

I'd give contracts to Harris, Howard and K Wallace. The rest id get rid of I reckon. Are you sure Higdon wasn't a two year deal though?

That is a strange one - although we have an option to extend McEveley's contract by a year and Higdon's contract was two years with an option of a third.

Foxy keeps a thread on contracts updated during each close season [2014/15 is here] but as far as I know, these are the contracts for the first teamers:

2015: Howard, Turner, McEveley*, Harris, Collins*, Doyle, McFadzean, De Girolamo, Wallace, Holt, Davies, Willis*
2016: Long, Higdon, Baxter, Flynn*, McGahey*, Alcock, Cuvelier, Campbell-Ryce, Adams, Kennedy
2017: Basham, Freeman, Coutts, Wallace, Reed, Done, McNulty, Scougall, Murphy
2018: Brayford

Unknown: Dimaio,
* have optional year extensions

Contracts are all well and good , but if we get promoted , or we don't , this season , there may be wholesale changes in the playing staff. The 2017 / 18 list is the most important to me.

If we don't get promotion then yes most of these players should really be on there way.
Harris out of all of them is the key man I would keep tied down to a contract.

Harris has grown on me big time!
I like Howard and since taking over from long it's really shown the importance of a confident keeper.
Id probably give davies another year too because he has got that touch of class.. But same as above, that's about it.

Harris and Howard could easily play in championship. Let's hope we're there next year to persuade them to sign

Howard and Harris for me the rest can go....Davies looked fat and slow against Swindon, he's useful with a dead-ball but that's about it.
