Once a Blade, always a daft ****
Only my opinion, but at 19 he's starting to look a bit too chunky. It will eventually affect his pace. Infact, it may have already. I'm sure he looked nippier when he first arrived

Pot. Kettle. Black.Wrong attitude.
Are you chairman of che,s fan club bohemian, che has miles to go to become a player who would be wanted by a premier league clubWhat are his "basic weaknesses?"
How do you know he "lacks intelligence?"
Why are we approaching the time to "cash in?"
Adams is the only player in the current squad with the demonstrated potential to play for a top Premier League club. He has strength, pace and an effortless touch - the basic ingredients to create something out of nothing, which is what the top clubs are prepared to gamble on.
You make a fair point about promising young players not always making the grade and there has been a very occasional example - e.g. Jordan Slew - when cashing in has proved wise. As a general rule I'd argue we've done better when we've held onto our younger assets - Whitehouse, Deane, Treacy, Jags et al - beyond the first serious offer.
I'll accept Che suffers inconsistencies in some of the areas mentioned though categorically not awareness or speed of thought, which were in evidence from his debut against Southampton (and reinforced with his first goal in the semi-final at White Hart Lane). He does get stuck when he's doubled up on and he's far more effective running onto the ball. Clearly he's not the finished article - would anyone expect this of someone playing for Ilkeston just over a year ago? We've seen glimpses of a very special talent. This is no Jordan Slew and I expect any value we would get from selling him now would be dwarfed within a couple of years playing at a higher level.
My main concern, which you touch upon, is his mindset. If he doesn't commit to the life of a serious pro he could yet waste his prodigious talent. His coach/manager bears some responsibility for ensuring this doesn't happen.
Looks to be fatter than Baxter to me and fook knows where this pace is that everyone says he has. He can't hold the ball up, he can't beat a man and his heading skills are worse than Sammons. Sure he has scored a few very good goals but that is all he has done his all round game has not improved since the day he arrived at the lane if anything he has gone backwards this season. He also has a nasty habit of diving in the box maybe he learnt that with the young England squad, how someone of his size gets knocked about so easily is puzzling too. If anyone offered £1.6m I'd take their arm off with it.
His current form does not warrant a starting placeI thought he should have been rested after the Southend game on the basis that his ball control seemed to have deserted him and I also thought he shouldn't be allowed to think that he was indispensable to the team.
The suspension gave him the rest, but in my opinion a few games on the subs bench would have done him good (and still would) and maybe make him realise a bit more dedication is required.
His arse has certainly got bigger.

strange then he keeps going down so easily like he's been shot by a sniper
Didn't know that; poor lad.Think what adkins was alluding to was not just the sending of but I understand he lost his dad during this time. He made some comment regarding this on his instagtam. He was probably glad to get back to some kind of normality.
He is not going to recover that form shown v Tottenham. He's bulked up a bit hasn't he!
Maybe it's a good thing eh, bit of strength and not too slow..yet
Anyhow, I reckon he's a shoe-in to start against Manure. Stick him in the shop window and hope he can bang an eye-catching goal in!
Seemed to be getting a bit frustrated at himself before the sending off, hope the lad can get his head together and get back to being the exciting prospect we all raved about early on.
UTB!

i think he's just stating the obvious mateWhy the fuck would you be wanting to sell the best young prospects we have ??
Poor guy. thoughts with him and his family.Think what adkins was alluding to was not just the sending of but I understand he lost his dad during this time. He made some comment regarding this on his instagtam. He was probably glad to get back to some kind of normality.
