Could be a good signing, if he gets is fitness up. Big "if" though and I'm glad we've learned our lesson with regards to signing players with any sort of fitness issues. We still are short of quality, (in my opinion) big time, in the middle of the park. We simply won't dominate games with a combination of Basham and Fleck. I really hope Wilder is working hard behind the scenes to rectify this, I think it would be our most important signing if we get it right.

Just watched a few of his goals on YouTube, wouldn' be expensive and not proven at this level, but scores some decent goals, and he's big n black, quick, not sure whether he' got any frog in him, but he can jump........
 
They're no Barnet but MK Dons are looking fairly strong in the black department to be fair.

Aneke stood out at Crewe and had a lot of potential but has struggled with injuries recently.
 
And a male, which fits in with our clubs sexist/racist tendencies(only rumoured)..
 
Not sure why his career hasn t kicked on but he's got a lot of potential. If the budget isn't upped considerably hes the type of striker we will be looking at
 

Always liked him but not sure he'd be consistent at the Championship level. He's an attacking mid isn't he? As a centre forward he has all the attributes but nor sure as an attacking mid and we have Duffy and Holmes there - I can't see Brooks staying but if does we certainly don't need Aneke.
 
After the press that surrounded him a few year's ago, now's the time for him to find a team that he feels will suit his style of play. Big lad if I recall, maybe injury has held him back. Looked skilful with good technique, and possibly, like our current loan-goalie, he might offer something we've been missing.

Have a "like" for the Bacherach and David image
 
Would be an ideal replacement for Leon Clarke and he is only 25 might get him for a reasonable fee from Mk Dons
 
Always played well against us, would be another lower league punt but if the price is right would be an OK squad player.
 
Rated him for ages, should've got him during the period he was on loan at Crewe. And although I rate him as a player, I think that ship has sailed and we should now be looking a better prospects.
 
We need quality, not quantity. Look at Holmes, Leonard, Evans in January. A midfielder from League Two is not going to improve us. Especially if he’s played up front. :confused:

Chuks Aneke boasts a rare blend of power and technique. He stands at six-foot-three and his build is of the brick-outhouse variety. Yet his control, link-up play, and dead-ball ability betray a player who developed at Arsenal.

As a result, he is comfortable in a possession-based and more direct systems. Aneke does not have the pace to play off the shoulder of the last man (although he is difficult to stop once in his stride), but he will occupy defenders and use his technical armoury to allow his strike partner to flourish.

Aneke’s natural position is No.10, but he was also used as a target man by Robbie Neilson - our former manager, whose departure will be mourned by few in Milton Keynes. He has not played for Dan Micciche - Neilson’s replacement - because he is serving a suspension for grabbing a handful of John-Joe O’Toole’s face in a recent match at Northampton.

Aneke is only in League One because of injuries. His fitness continues to be an issue. He has struggled with knee and hamstring problems since arriving from Belgium 18 months ago. If, however, he can remain fit, he is a solid Championship-level player with a unique set of attributes.
