Chuks Aneke looked to be Crewe's best player last season. (on loan from Arsenal.)

Scored 14 goals in 36 games for a poor side.

He's never going to make the Arsenal first team, maybe we could tempt them to sell with a cheeky bid.

Agree Russ, of all the names mentioned, he is the one I would like us to go for, could develop into a Clayton Donaldson type player for us. Also like us to keep an eye on the lad Ivan Toney at Northampton during the course of next season.
 
Recon he'd fit into Cloughs style of play with the big target man upfront to aim for to hold the ball up on the counter with Scougall, Murphy and Flynn then overlapping with pace.

Had a medical a few weeks ago what he failed, and we've spent this time getting the right insurance for him. Karl Robinson has been pretty open about this in his interviews (without actually mentioning his name) but it seems like he will be signing for us.
 
Would be a great signing. He'd be perfect alongside Fleck in CM. And, if true, it would be a bit of a coup. He's been in talks with MK plastics. They think he's signing for them

Well it looks like we'll both be disappointed, because according to the 100% reliable Wikipedia he plays for Oldham.
