Same with everything. We're still operating out of a former WMC when our peers have utilised their PL income to revolutionise their training bases.

Only thing I'd say might actually be working is the medical intelligence as we seem to have had far fewer training ground injuries this season.

Actually a works sports club (atlas and Norfolk ,firth browns ),which even in the 70s had great facilities ,best football baths in sheffield ,great snooker tables ,netball courts, tennis ,top football pitches ,full time ground staff .not really a wmc .

If only....Wilder had done all the recruitment in summer preferrably with zero transfer fees. Give him a big budget and he over pays e.g. McB (arguably), Brewster, Cannon.... no fees you get Fleck, Duffy, Enda, Didsy, Reidewald, Bamford, Campbell (last season), COH, ... a small budget you get JOC, Egan, Baldock, Cooper, Burrows. Keiffer, Norwood....
Know there were a few odd ones too....James Wilson etc, etc

Except that Wilder has nothing to do with how much we pay for a player,
And nothing to do with wages contracts etc, maybe he will have an input into length of contracts but even that is doubtful
