Seems that he ain’t coming and subsequently in Wilder the vast majority of fans trust !!

May I add I completely trust both Wilder and the scouting team, but their transfer record is patchy. I don’t know if we are signing him, just people seem dead set that if we did it’s fine because.. in Wilder we trust.

Patchy?? Havent you realised that the players he has brought in have got us from League 1 to 9th in the PL in 4 seasons???

Why are you so sure that we are signing him?

I’m not. I was responding to the suggestion that he would be a good signing. Wilder has said we need to bring in quality which is spot on. Gunter isn’t quality so I would hope he isn’t being considered.

Much of our transfer dealing have been high stakes gambles, to be fair. most have either been incredibly good or pretty bad. Given we've not been in a position to financially compete for 3 years, it's an impressive record.
